Shipping & Delivery
Domestic (India): We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for ready-to-ship items.
International: We ship globally. Shipping is free for orders above ₹50,000. For orders below this, a flat shipping fee applies.
Duties & Taxes: For international orders, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer (unless specified otherwise).
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our sarees and fabrics are high-value, handcrafted items, we maintain a strict return policy:
Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Reporting window: You must notify us via hello@rasavarna.com within 36 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
Non-Returnable: Custom-stitched blouses, sarees with "Fall & Pico" (tassels) attached, and fabrics cut from the roll cannot be returned or exchanged.
