Returns & Exchanges

Because our sarees and fabrics are high-value, handcrafted items, Rasavarna (Sri Skanda Silks LLP) maintains a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of our products.

​

  • Eligibility for Returns: Exchanges or returns are only accepted if the product is damaged in transit or if an incorrect item was shipped.

​

  • Reporting Window: To be eligible, you must notify us via hello@rasavarna.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear unboxing photos and videos to help us process your request quickly.

​

  • Non-Returnable Items: To maintain the exclusivity and condition of our weaves, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Custom-stitched blouses.

  2. Sarees with "Fall & Pico" (tassels) already attached.

  3. Fabrics cut specifically from the roll.

  • Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Usage: Your data is used strictly for order fulfillment, customer support, and, with your permission, sending you updates on our latest collections.

  • Post-Purchase Communication: You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by tracking details once your handcrafted saree has been dispatched.

​No COD: To ensure the safety of our high-value handloom products, we do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.
